HEALTHY INSIGHT


       Considering the recent increase of drinks related diseases, still so many people do not take keen interest in study what they consumes. A number of people continue to expose themselves to these causative factors. Currently, the number remains high among the middle class families. Although, there are specialists in beverage and nutrition field less people have no interest to consult on their nutrition balance. It is hard to force them to venture in this area since  it is not constituted in the book of law.  



                                                                                  
According to article by Huff post healthy living gave out literature about sugary drinks and obesity, the Harvard School of Public Health revealed that "rising consumption of sugary drinks has been a major contributor to the obesity epidemic," and cited a two-decade study that linked consumption of sugary soft drinks with an increased risk of heart disease in men.

“Yes soft drinks are not good for human; they’re just being consumed for pleasure. People need to be cautious with there effects. They contain no value at all,” lamented Joshua Omollo nutritionist from healthy people. 

“Some have develop persevere conditions due to these drinks. Common sense must prevail as consumers take these drinks, they do not have to take them on joy ride. What I will like to tell consumers is that they are suppose to be vigilant on these drinks, let them consume  them with responsibility,” he advised.

Though the number of death resulting from this drinks continues to escalate, people taking these drinks continued to increase annually. Over millions of individuals’ shopping yearly must be spice up with these soft drinks. There is a lot to be done to escape this dilapidating state. As a result, sensitization on proper usage has to be well disseminated. 

“Am always being carried a way be the advertisement on television and radios. They persuade me to buy more and more drinks especially cold ones” Steven Kamau explains .whilst the complains are on consumers ,media has a lot to do with this epidemiology. There multiplying effects is what corrode the mind and psychosis of their viewers. With reference to Steven incidence, coincidentally so many buyers have been into this cocoon of media effect. In the first place, they do not understand why they are purchasing certain products.

“I buy what media advertise. Sometime I find it hard to understand why am purchasing them,” he argued. His stunting stand on soft drinks remains fifty-fifty. Despite being confused, his consumption rate remains at the peak. 

"In a day I can buy forty drinks, that is with inclusion of water” he added. The number according to center of health seems to be too higher. Though it might be seen as luxury lifestyle, effects still remain on the consumers.

"We have to establish a clear distinction between fruits that are naturally fermented. that is the only way forward." explained Dr. Washington a nutritionist .   "It is quite hard for one to learn what they ate than what they are likely to consumes in the next sessions" he added.

Throughout the interview session i learned that the public have negativity in matter pertaining healthy lifestyle. However ,with the introduction of accessible technologies and mean of interaction information have been filled and laddered to different domain. Home based health education and e-health programs have improved a critical streamline of health messages and prescription. Consequently, there has been high rising interest on online health education as oppose to linear one people used to have.
