For someone who is a bit learned the term uwezo is opportunity.But those who are a bit vulnerable to misuse of the fund can only talk about money.The consideration of jubilee government to disburse the funds to women and youths is a good initiative that need to be keenly look at.
It is good for government sometime to fulfill its promise to it governed without putting politics into it.Though, the idea is somewhat ideal,much emphasis should be put in place to rectified the obstacle that is going to befallen on common tax payer. Fortunately ,large percentage of women and youths are not going to be beneficeris of the funds.
Vices such as corruption is going to be reinvented.Needless to say the committees that are going to be appointed by the counties are definitely going ask for bribe before approving any form.The power shall only depend on the top leaders ,who by any chance might coordinate the process.
The training session for the approval of certificate ,from the point of view shall only benefit the residents in town not the rural life.The committees shall concentrate most of their work in near by towns.This draw controversial conclusion that most people are going to miss the the training certificate hence qualification for the funds is out.
Kenyans power for the funds
Many Kenyans are not still impressed with the way the funds are going to be disbursed. Mary Muthoni a retailer in Kiambu town promptly doubt if the funds will completely get into her pocket.She lamented that the government should only open up offices in every counties where the forms shall be collected for verification.
The power for citizens to get the forms should fully instituted .Due to the requirement by the government ,still the power to apply for the loan is not legitimate.Some citizens are still not fully convinced that some requirement are necessary .For instance,why do the government needs the contacts for? yet the fund is targeting only the less fortunate who cant even afford the cell phone.
Promise is the foundation for development but it has to be realistic as the expense of your clients.Lets fruitfully utilized the funds at the well-being
of our economy and the less fortunate.
